The workout itself is fantastic. Pricey, but on par with other boutique studios like Club Pilates or Soul Cycle, albeit a better work out altogether. That said, I wish there were more Westchester locations and more class times on weekends. These boutique studios cater to "ladies who lunch"...the ones who don't work and spend their day in their athleisure attire while their kids are at school. Be as it may, for those of us who can afford the class but also have to work, having more classes and more locations would be nice.

Love this classes. Very hard despite me being in CrossFit for the past 4 years.Staff is friendly and in general they are very good as correcting the poses.

I came here once. The class was great but fairly difficult and I went to a low level class. I have taken Pilates with a reformer machine before as well. SLT's reformer machine has two ends which can be confusing as the instructor's call out directions. The instructor was helpful and the class was definitely a work out!

I would give ZERO stars if this was an option. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I go to a lot of high end studios (soul cycle, equinox, orange theory, Barry's, you name it). I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. They do not value the clientele and are not willing to accommodate you as they should. I purchased a new client special, which I was never told expires in 30 days. I experienced a personal injury during this time period (tore the ligaments in my right ankle) and had requested that the package be extended, they extended the package once but would not extend the package to meet the needs of my injury. What did they expect me to attend class in a BOOT??? I have never before had a studio not be willing to work with me, and then was told that I didn't provide an adequate reason as to why the package went unused, are you KIDDING ME? And that I could purchase a regular package which would never expire. To which I asked, why would you value your new (and potentially consistent) clients any differently than your existing clients, isn't the whole point to recruit new people to your business? I also cannot seem to get someone to call me back over the phone - as this is absolutely ridiculous. If you think your personal workout routine should be about self care, and a place where you feel comfortable I would avoid this place like the plague. It's too bad too because I probably would have become a long term client. I would advise going to other pilates studios in the area, there are some good ones in Rye and Greenwich.
