“I am so thankful for Emily and her entire team. The moment my son started to walk, I knew I had to enroll him in a gym class to burn out his toddler energy. Initially my son was very shy and took awhile to warm up to Emily but after a few classes, my son was running around the entire gym and having a great time. He learned to climb and go down the slide from the play gym. Emily and her team are so kind and genuinely love playing with the kids. I’m honestly sad that we are not able to continue since my son will be attending daycare soon. But I highly recommend for all the first time moms. It was such a safe and fun place for my son.”

“Great time here at the Rock Club.Purchased a Groupon and decided to visit on a Friday morning. Called ahead and the front desk staff were very quick in getting back to me to confirm that a belayer was available at that time. They also confirmed the Groupon over the phone. I went ahead and completed the required waiver forms online prior to our visit.Adequate parking was available at that time. The Rock Club (downstairs) shares its space with a with a tennis club, so make sure you follow the ramp down toward the Rock Club entrance and NOT the stairs whih leads to the tennis club.We arrived at around 10am and it was fairly empty. The Rock Club staff explained the process and set us up with climbing shoes.We were then introduced to our belayer who was awesome. Over the next hour, we tried climbs ranging in difficulty. The wall heights range from about 35-40 feet and the peg placement and wall angles vary throughout the climbs, making some more difficult than others. We even had some time to try some bouldering. Our belayer was great at explaining techniques and technical terms. She was very patient and very encouraging...though not "pushy" at all.After we finished, the staff was nice enough to show us around to see what else was available at the facility: childrens area, common areas, training rooms and weight rooms.May go without saying...wear comfy clothes. As a regular gym-goer, but someone who has NOT climbed before, this was a welcomed challenge. Certain muscles, particularly the forearms and core, may not be part of the typical gym regimen...but are very important in climbing...that being said, I was definitely feeling it the next day.Overall we had a great experience at the Rock Club. We will deinifitely look into other classes.Kudos to all the staff members there.”
“Quiet, secluded area. The rooms are very clean, you are in the woods so expect critters to possible be brought or seen in room. But so clean and beautiful area. Hike the many trails, you won't regret it.
Safety: Felt sage the entire stay
Walkability: Lost of walking to do for the views.
Food & drinks: Place has its own restaurant, but pack snacks and anything else you want on the trails, you won't find stores to get things you need.”
“Came here with my family. We enjoyed ourselves 100%. The location and grounds are beautiful. The animal and wildlife look happy and well looked after. I never imagined there would be otters here! My daughter loved that part as well as the playground, I loved the art gallery as well as paying a visit to the cows! It was a very enjoyable day!”

“One of the best golf clubs in Westchester!This place has it all!!! Golf, tennis, pool, clubhouse, golf pro shop, tennis pro shop, and amazing food. This place is a great for hosting events such as Bar & Bat Mitzvahs and golf outings. The course is so beautiful and perfect to play on a beautiful day.For food options, they serve lunch and dinners in main clubhouse. They offer both ala carte and buffet. Their half way house is great and offers both breakfast and lunch. Ben makes amazing burgers. 10/10 for food and service. Their atmosphere can't be beat. 10/10The service is fantastic and the staff is friendly. 10/10I love this place.”

“The New Dawn Foundation is a phenomenal organization that provided our spiritual group a space to host a retreat on Kabbalah. We rented the venue for just the weekend, and the volunteers (particularly Nnacy) who run this organization were very prompt to reply to any and all questions I had about the space leading up to our event. We comfortably hosted 14 people in the space, although this worked well because we knew each other going in and had a few couples sharing beds.Thank you New Dawn for all the work you all do in order to create affordable opportunities for young adults like us to engage in spiritual retreats! At the end of our time together participants went around in a Circle and shared gratitude, and so many people included the venue as something they were grateful to experience over the weekend.Can't recommend this venue enough. I'm attaching a sketch that one of our retreat participants drew of the stunning sunrise.”

“My 2 night stay in December 2023 was a good one. While the property is showing its age, they were beginning a property-wide remodel on the day I checked out. Upon arrival, the doorman and the front desk were courteous and helpful. As a Hyatt Globalist, I was upgrade to a suite, which was huge. The room was somewhat dated but clean and in good shape. Based on the remodel projection pictures, this hotel will be fantastic once the remodel is complete. I'd stay here again, even before the remodel. It'll be 5 stars once remodel is complete.”

Safety: Staff close by the entrances. They are in and out of the area and parking. No issues in this area even into the late evening.
Walkability: 15 minute walk to historic downtown Stamford area. Same distance to the Hudson line Stamford station.
Food and drinks: Dubbing and drinks close by.

“Great place with a pool to wine down. Had a day pass to visit the grounds and it was a good time. I have Cabanas, lounge chairs and a few tables. The pool is kid friendly as it goes from 4ft to 6ft Matthew the Manager was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was comfortable. Overall , fantastic experience”

“What can you say about the Capitol? Iconic venue, a little difficult to get parking, but once you get inside all that doesn't matter. My wife & I went there to see Roger Daltrey and he was great! We didn't know all the previous acts that appeared there, which surprised us (Janis Joplin, AlmanBros, Grateful Dead). They had an attached bar that featured Jerry Garcia and Dead memorabilia which was quite good. They also featured a Who related cocktail called "Who Juice" which I HAD to try!
I saw an upcoming show featuring SilverSun Pickups that I'm considering going to. All in all, we're glad we took the time to go there!
PLEASE put this venue on your bucket list! They don't have the 100ft screens that you would get at MSG but the sound quality is good, the sight lines are good and you will have a very nice concert experience in a classic venue that will make for a very rewarding trip!”
