I was a little intimidated at first because they seem to cater towards high end and exotic vehicles with what I saw was a Ferrari in the lot. Speaking with Fation, owner he reassured me that every client is important and after a 1.5 weeks, I got my vehicle repaired and looked great. Both times, the repairs were completed so that the car looked like it had never been damaged, and the work was done quickly given the extent of the damage. All the people I dealt with were extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. In particular, Gina gave me advice on dealing with the insurance company. The first time, I just went ahead and had the repairs done, but the second time, I followed Gina's advice, and it was much easier and I did not even have to come out of pocket for the deductible thanks to her. I would not go anywhere else.”
