“Love this store. Had a lot of Strawberry Shortcake things which I'm hooked on. I bought the hair brush, stickers and Keychain. They are always stocked with merchandise and are very organized. Went back today and purchased Napoleon Dynamite tshirt and computer charging station shelf/riser that have gone viral, they only had one left. I went again yesterday Dec. 5 and theyre fully stocked with X-Mas items. Beautifully stocked.”
“I cannot even begin to list the reasons why I’m pleased with the service I received in this store today. We went in without an appointment to move four phones and an iPad from AT&T to them. On top of that two of the four phones were in other parts of Westchester. It was a lot of work. Our representative Ron was absolutely outstanding. He handled EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. It took a few hours to do it all and he did it professionally, thoroughly, kindly and with a smile. Many hours after leaving the store we had an issue with one of the phones that was not with us and we called to see if he was still there. Not only did he take the call but he told us exactly what to do and it took less than a minute to fix. Thank you Ron and the rest of the staff at this location.”

No stars to the manager who, instead of hearing me out and working to solve my order issue, lectured me on how gift cards work and redirected me to call corporate while they were closed, when the employee who did my order just didn’t scan them in the first place, like I said.”

He answered my questions in a no-nonsense way. He provided a clear understanding of what to expect from the data transfer and how long everything would take. Excellent visit thanks to a superstar. I wish every Verizon store offered this level of expertise, efficiency and friendliness. A+”

Since my last review the manager (Moe) reached out to me and assured me they would be more mindful of the sticky floor by the slurpee machines. The last two times I was in, my shoes were no longer clinging to the floor. Boy, was I ever impressed. I applaud the manager and the employees!I've always said that this 7-11 has the nicest and most welcoming employees and now it's also the cleanest!Great job!!”

But on this occasion at this metroPCS store, I was blessed with Katy’s kindness, helpfulness, and efficiency. I can’t tell you how much I needed her in this moment with the lost phone situation I was in, I was on the verge of tears. She helped me work around every single obstacle being placed on us when calling metroPCS and T-Mobile agents to get to the end goal mission of transferring my old phone number to my new service/phone.
