“I don’t know why there are bad reviews but I’ve had the BEST experience every single time. My daughter is getting married and they’ve been very helpful with the invitations (domestic & international). They personally stamped each one since the wax seal makes it difficult to go through the machine.
Zena & her colleagues give extraordinary customer service: always smiling, friendly, patient & helpful.
I live in Greenwich and I drive here because they’re friendlier & more helpful than the one in my town, lol.

“This review serves as a commendation for Glen of the UPS Store located at 333 Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains NY. I have visited all the UPS stores in lower Westchester county and the Bronx. Although I have never had a bad experience at any location, Glen is by far the most outstanding associate I have encountered.
He was super helpful and even assisted me tapping up my box. He was patient, courteous and professional. He took care of what I needed right away. Usually retuning an item is a semi dreadful experience. But Glen was awesome. And I noticed that he served every customer efficiently, promptly and with the same courteous demeanor and smile.
I must reiterate that he is definitely a valuable member of your organization. His hard work and service should not go unnoticed.”

“We were at the post office today getting passports done for our 3 kids, and Jose was absolutely amazing. He made what could’ve been a super stressful process actually smooth and even fun. He was patient, helpful, and so good with the kids — cracking jokes and keeping things light while still getting everything done right. “Staples printed my order for 100 programs for my 60th high school reunion on 8.5x11 inch cardstock. I needed 5x7 cards which they corrected and I received my order the next day, in time for my event. The customer service team was great, except for the misread of the paper size - but they fixed it up - and I received a nice discount on the order.”
