“I don’t know why there are bad reviews but I’ve had the BEST experience every single time. My daughter is getting married and they’ve been very helpful with the invitations (domestic & international). They personally stamped each one since the wax seal makes it difficult to go through the machine.
Zena & her colleagues give extraordinary customer service: always smiling, friendly, patient & helpful.
I live in Greenwich and I drive here because they’re friendlier & more helpful than the one in my town, lol.

They work smoothly and has an always smile for everyone. Regardless of what question a customer has, it’s never a bother to them and they always have the right answer. I live in the Bronx and yet I go to this store which is miles away just because of the customer service that is second to none.
