We got the Dodge back quickly and it’s running smooth. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Which stems from his automotive expertise and mechanic certifications. The owner also makes sure his automotive technicians have the correct experience and operate with integrity. “I have been a customer at Manor Auto Service every time I drive up through New York City on my way back to Connecticut, and it is always a bright spot in my travels. The service is outstanding, the staff are friendly and attentive, the gas prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient. They also have an impeccable selection of snacks, which is always appreciated on a long drive.
Ciernan, in particular, is always a bright spot whenever I stop by. On one occasion, when my tires were deflated while getting gas, he immediately came out to help without hesitation. He always goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend having Ciernan help you out. He has a way of making your day a little better every time.

“About 5yrs ago, Mr Silva did some work on a car that I had. During that whole process, I asked him to powder coat my rims. He did, and they were great. I sold the car to my friend who lived in Florida. I saw that his rims stood up to the salt/sand and blasting sun heat. So when I bought my '24 Lexus, I drove my car to NY from S.Florida to have him powder coat the stock rims. Again a beautiful job. Yes, there is powder coat places in Florida, yet they wanted to hold my car 10 days along with a ridiculous high price. Tony does the work in 3 days with a very fair price. Mr.Silva, Tony, is a professional and and gentleman. I can't recommend this place more than I do. My ride home to Florida was great with my new rims. At each gas stop, I was constantly receiving compliments on my rims!! Thanks Silvas auto body!”

“Recently broke down and was stranded on the side of the road in Trumbull, Connecticut and needed to get back to Hartford. I called Greenwich towing and was able to get a truck out to me as fast as they could the driver Danny Was exceptional and really down to earth he even offered to get me something from Home Depot to drink as he ran in to get another strap to tie down my vehicle. We had an hour ride back to Hartford, which seem like it flew by. I highly recommend Greenwich towing to any and everyone in need of their services. I only gave them five stars because that’s all that was available. If there was an option to add more I would.”

Their driver arrived earlier than the time quoted and did not hesitate to anything he could to get my car out of the ditch that I was stuck in. “I have never had such an amazing experience at a mechanic. Freddy offers a reasonable price with excellent service. My car unexpectedly broke down and he was able to fix it right away for me. His diagnosis includes a full problem list of things found wrong with the vehicle, and Jennifer was kind enough to patiently explain things I didn't understand to me. I told the shop there were parts of the car I was looking to work on myself, which they completely understood and were happy to do the projects I needed. Freddy is genuine, kind, and truly a fair buisnessman, which is pretty much impossible to come by this day and age. It was such a privilege to give him my business and to be rewarded with fair pricing and a trusting relationship because of it. When all other shops in the area overcharge customers simply because they can, Freddy stays true to offering a fair price and providing excellent service. Called & Chris said to bring it right down. Based on mu Audi 2014 A6 TDI was outside their scope, they suggested I locate an Audi dealership. Not only that they helped me locate the closet one to bring my car. My major issues was springs front end from POT HOLES on the way down. I would highly recommend this location for any service issue. “I took my CX five in for repair after someone backed into me in the Costco parking lot. Angel was super helpful from the minute. I walked in the door, very friendly and accommodating. I wanted to take my car on a driving trip and didn’t want to leave it, until after I got back, so Angel pre-ordered the parts and everything was pretty much waiting for me when I got back
My car looks great-like it never happened!!
My car was returned to me clean and perfectly repaired. Pro Auto Body was on the list of Geico approved repair shops, but I would take any vehicle that I owned to Angel and his shop.
