43 Front St, Greenport“Hands down the most incredible bookstore I have ever visited! Stopped by for some birthday gifts and left absolutely delighted by the customer service, warm atmosphere, diverse selection, and lovely gift wrapping! “I don't know what all the whining is about - when I go into a bookstore if the proprietor is friendly and chatty I can't look at books! The people who work here are nice enough and VERY knowledgeable if you have questions which is probably the most important thing, no? Well actually the most important thing is the books - and the books are AMAZING. Seem pretty fairly priced too, with some real gems. If you're in East Hampton and you like art and books this place is not to be missed.”
7:30AM - 9PM
16 Hampton Rd, Southampton“I ordered a rare portfolio, and it arrived in Italy safely and flawlessly. The book is fantastic. I exchanged mails with Greg before the purchase, he has always been attentive and kind. Thanks a lot, Greg, wish to come to New York and visit your bookstore!”
“What an amazing find! North See is a summer pop-up shop in Southampton, located off then beaten path. This isn't your usual used/antique furniture store, but features one-of-a-kind antique and vintage textiles from Frank Cassata Designs and furniture from Andrew Martin.”
“Canio's Books is as if an angel picked up a bookstore in Greenwich Village in the 1950s and planted it, unchanged and unchanging, in Sag Harbor. Canio, Maryann and Kathryn make everyone feel at home among stacks and stacks of books. In a world gone made with electronics and instant gratification and being high-tech, Canio's is an oasis of hope and enlightenment. Viva Canio's.”
