They managed to change the casing for me and I didn’t have to buy a new hard drive. It saved us a lot of money. Then I came back with a broken phone a couple weeks later. They helped run diagnostics on the phone, and again saved me a lot of money when we decided the best way to move forward. I’ve never waited more than 10 mins to speak with a rep in the store. I would recommend this place highly.”
