We liked the town of Sag Harbor. We had dinner at The American Hotel many times. The food was excellent and the wait staff were friendly. We also like the Whaler Museum. Taking the family boat around Shelter Island and many other fun activities in Sag Harbor. We also knew many of the neighbors in our villa community.

We went here for dinner. This place feels like an institution so pros are it has old school character, servers are a vibe and terrific. Cons are the food is quite mediocre for how pricy it is
