I had a LS500 and I went to smith town Lexus for services for a few times. I would say it’s one of the best service center I have ever been to. Communications are on time, complimentary details were really good. And the best thing is that they do provide loaners unlike many dealers that “we can call Uber for you”.

Had a great time at Lexus of Smithtown, mainly thanks to Samantha. She was super transparent, no nonsense and a breath of fresh air compared to other dealers. Plus, she nailed it by getting us the exact color combo we wanted for our NX! An amazing experience!

I recently purchased a Lexus RZ vehicle and am thrilled with it. In addition, the staff was excellent and the whole experience was wonderful. I am not one who is always tech friendly and by the time I drove off the lot felt comfortable with operating it. I highly recommend both the dealer and the car!!!
