“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.

What was amazing was installing a 12 foot long mirror into a very tight space with virtually no room for error. He said he could do it and he succeeded.”
“I recently had damage to my vehicle due to impact with a deer. Prior to that I did have another occasion to utilize their services and both experiences were wonderful. The work was done and complete completed each time when they said it would be. You receive updates via text and can even check on the status of costs. “The roof of my car was damaged by this glass company when installing a rather large and heavy sunroof during a replacement job that was subletted to them by a dealership in Queens. The owner, Sal was extremely corporative, kind, understanding and just had overall great communication which is A LOT more than I can say about the dealership we were working with. He took ownership of the tough situation and made it right once we had a plan and information.
People in every industry and line of work from employees to owners of companies have and will continue to make mistakes, myself included! We are all human. It’s all about what you do to make things right, move forward and just being an honorable individual who keeps their word. And the owner of this company, Sal showed all these things with all of my encounters with him. He was also very kind but that’s irrelevant from the review. Anyway, it’s tough finding people like Sal out there, especially in the auto industry, in NY no less.

“The service here was incredible every step of the way. I was in my first accident and needed some minor work done on my car. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with insurance companies but they handled everything for me here.
They called the other person's insurance for me and filed the claim, let me know when to drop my car off and it was that easy.
When I got my car back it looked new! I really appreciate how they handled my car, and the interior looked completely detailed as well.
If you have any damage to your car or have been in an accident I can't recommend Continental Car Care enough, they will make the whole process as smooth as possible for you.”
“Excellent experience!!!. From the moment i walked in i just felt at ease and comfortable. Talking to Mike and Ron and getting everything set up was unbelievable easy with them. They made me feel confident immediately that i was in the right place. Super informative on the process and what my expectations should be including time frame for repairs etc. Very pleasant to speak with in general and extremely polite. The accident was a sideswipe and smash along the entire drivers side of the car. When i got the car back, the work was so amazing that i honestly wished that they would have just painted the entire car. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and delivered the car back to me exactly as scheduled. I have nothing but nice things to say. “Was in a jam on a projects and needed glass quickly. Called and left a message on a Saturday morning and at the time I was rolling my eyes thinking this is pointless. About 2 hours later I got a callback from Gino. He took his time with me, walked me thru what I needed as far as hardware tolerances and specs. I am a Cabinetmaker and went to 2 shops prior that couldn't be bothered to help me or needed a 3 to 4 week turn around time. Gino took my order on that Saturday afternoon and they were waiting for me to pick up on Tuesday morning. Really impressive and will definitely use them again.
