CALEB IS THE BEST!!!! I recently bought my new 2026 Lexus TX 350 from Lexus of Smithtown, and I can honestly say that working with Caleb was the highlight of the entire experience it was like dealing with a friend. From the first time I met him walking in the parking lot when I was just stopping in quick to see the TX. I felt comfortable with him where I could be honest on what I was looking for and he never once pressured me. Caleb was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer every question and explain every detail clearly and accurately.
What stood out most to me was his honesty — it’s rare to find someone in sales who truly listens and puts you first and does not make you feel like what you need is not reachable. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed; instead, I felt supported and cared for every step of the way. He’s the kind of person who restores your faith in what great customer service should be and I have bought multiple vehicles in the past years!i Thanks to Caleb, what could have been a stressful process turned into a genuinely enjoyable one that I even had my parents buy a car at the acme time because it was such a nice experience. I can go on and on but if you’re looking for a new car, I can’t recommend Caleb enough and Denise who is absolutely the sweetest I had a very pleasant experience with the financing which is never the funniest part. It was so personable. Gerasimos explained everything in detail about the technology in the truck and was extremely patient and knowledge on everything about the vehicle and even more. Lexus of Smithtown is worth a trip whether you live close or not. Trust me I have purchased many vehicles!

I take my 2007 LS460 for maintenance here. I also had the wheels resurfaced and the headlights restored recently here; they both came out incredible. Robert and the staff do a fantastic job at the service department. I trust them with all Lexus needs.

After my 2023 Lexus RX 350h service, I found a Toyota EFI Tank Additive bottle left under my seat. It had leaked oil all over the floor and mat, leaving a strong chemical smell inside the car.
This is extremely careless and disappointing, a luxury dealership should never return a car in this condition. I hope Lexus of Smithtown reviews their service process to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

From the moment I walked into Smithtown Lexus I had nothing but a positive experience. Caleb our salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Denise was lovely to work with as well. Pick up was wonderful too from the big red bow on my new car to Gerry who explained all of the car details. I highly recommend Smithtown Lexus for your next car!

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Usman Hanif at Lexus of Smithtown. He was kind and patient and walked us through the different vehicle options, as well as the leasing and purchase options. He even got on the phone with my insurance company to work out a name discrepancy, and everything was handled without me having to think about it. Would give 20 stars if I could and will certainly return for future vehicles.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Smithtown. I had the best experience with this purchase! The whole process was pleasant and smooth; everyone I encountered during the process was professional and knowledgeable. Nick was great from the start; we called prior to heading to the dealership and he had the vehicle ready when we arrived. He made sure he explained everything and that there were no concerns from me. He was organized and I was pleasantly surprised how fast he got me in the vehicle driving home! Gerry made sure I knew all the features of the car and that I knew how to use them. He was very patient and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this dealership!
