They go above and beyond to assist me if any problems occur, which I’ve never had any problems occur with them all transactions go very smoothly. They’re always very polite and courteous And they seem to just know their customers on a first name basis I enjoy doing banking there very much and I’ve come to realize that credit unions are in much better financial shape than the typical banks The credit union from what I’ve noticed is much more reliable than the banks better financial situation than the banks. “I don't recommend doing direct deposit after hours. It will take 3 business days to be added to your account. It was very frustrating. I also think they should be open on all non federal holidays. Being a member of the fedic makes them government employees. I don't approve of that. I'm sorry. I like the bank and the staff. They're very friendly and courteous. So don't take offend of myself opinions.”

I was initially put off by all the negative reviews, but my experience was very positive. The only surprise was the floor to ceiling plexiglass shield. Is the USA that much more dangerous than Canada that they need to resort to such measures? A bit of culture shock, to say the least. . .”
