“So they have these two girls that work there that are wonderful and always work their butts off. The girls are always friendly and extremely helpful. The problem is lately. They haven't stocked on the popular flavors. it's a huge disappointment when you drive out there and for months, they don't have the flavor that you're looking for. . Then when you are forced to buy the kit to get the flavor you want the kits are expired old and don't work and the flavor taste burnt. Please work on getting this done as I will be going elsewhere.”
“I was in Niagra Falls for a vacation. I'm a vet with ptsd I stopped in Wednesday the 22nd. The ladies were amazing from the door to the back. Went back Thursday on my way home. The ladies then were just as nice an knowledgeable. Highly ( no pun intended ) recommended. If in town please visit these lovely ladies. 😍 it's a hot place to go.”
“My go to vape and smoke shop. Always got what I need and always fantastic service from everyone working there. Prices are fair and I enjoy chatting with the workers, very laid back shop. You have any questions or want to know about anything in the shop and the guys there always have firsthand experience to share ?”

“Awesome selection of glass, exotic snacks from all around the world, literally like the ones you see on tik tok, but LOCAL!! Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, clean, best prices in town !!”
“Used to love going to this place, even after the flavor ban. The staff was very personable, prices were fair, great location, etc. However, my wife and I discovered that there were places around WNY that still sell flavored e-liquids....? Pre-made and boxed up, not made fresh like Vape E's. But, we had to make the switch. The regular tobacco flavor would occasionally make me feel sick for whatever reason. If they were to start selling the same stuff other places have (Red's brand of flavored liquids), I'd return no problems.”
“Nice shop, has just about everything you can think of. Reasonable prices. The vinyl and stereo equipment is a nice addition. Decent people. Despite a no return policy, I was let know that for future reference the policy would be in effect, but I was allowed to return something I'd purchased earlier in the day. That's class. Go to spot from now on.”
“Cloud 9 saved the day after going to 5 different vape shops they had the geekvape b100 pod I was searching for. The guy (didnt get his name) was awesome and helped me get a coil made sure everything fit before purchase and made a not for the store to order more! So happy thank you so much made my night.”
“Not sure who the guys name was that i worked with today but the service was great. I needed two simple things due to an easter morning accident (lol) and he was patient, helpful & kind. I hope his great customer service is recognized by the manager/s because it was phenomenal. I will always choose Art of Glass when i need my supply thanks to employees like him!”
“Very friendly staff. Super helpful and knowledgeable too. They always take the time to answer questions or show you different equipment or supplies. I've never felt rushed, even if there is another customer waiting. I've been the customer waiting and it's never bothered me because I know they'd spend the same amount of time if I had questions. This is my go-to vape store, highly recommend.”
