Great people. Trouble is they are the only pharmacy in Saranac Lake as pharmacy at Walgreens closed down....

I was visiting Saranac Lake last week when I ran out of insulin (I’m type I diabetic). I went to three different pharmacies until I got to this site, as it was the only one open (on weekends) for miles. The pharmacist Jake along with the other staff were kind, swift, and extremely helpful in my time of emergency!

The pharmacy here has been helpful a few different times when there's been bumps in the road to my medication. I also love their inventory here! Overall, this place is MUCH better than the chain pharmacies. Keep up the good work!
