NBT Bank offers personal, business and wealth management services in six states. The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind, providing great service. The Saranac Lake location is noted for the best customer service, with every employee being kind from start to finish. The staff is flexible in helping navigate many banking needs, answering questions and concerns. Great service is hard to find and they definitely offer it, making the bank a highly recommended favorite.
So attentive and communicative they have the best team, by far my favorite NBT in the area.
