“What a wonderful experience this morning at Relia Tech Auto Services. Their office manager, Amber, cheerfully set up a same day appt for me to have my flat tire repaired and put back on my car. Within a half hour of arriving, my tire was fixed, put back on the car and I was good to go. The cost was astoundingly low. Mechanic Scott even took the car for a test ride to be sure the tire pressure light on the dash went off.
I will be sure to recommend this establishment to others who need reliable car repair services.”

“Got there about an hour after they closed but they still helped me out. Repair work was phenomenal. They worked with my insurance company I paid my deductible. Picked my car up and the whole process was seamless and painless. I also was able to get a car rental from them and was able to drop off the rental when I picked up my car. “I was in a jam with an E-bike I purchased out of NYC. Nothing whatsoever to do with J & J Auto.Then the charger went bad. I tried calling the manufacturer and got nothing but dead air trying to find a human being that actually able to give me some direction finding a new, and very proprietary, charger.Just wasn't going to happen.Then I happened to come across J & J Auto who is a dealer for OKAI. This was mid-afternoon Wednesday. I got John on the phone who took an immediate interest in helping me and doing it correctly. He located his distributor and got a live human being on the phone who John worked and got something happening. The distributor would not commit to John a next day delivery. Only that it would be delivered either Thursday or Friday.As I was looking for John's phone number on Thursday morning in walked UPS with the charger John had order late Wednesday afternoon from California.Thank you John for caring about customer service. You didn't know me from a hole in the wall. But you cared enough to make this happen with very little compensation to your own business.So if you are a potential customer of J & J reading this wondering whether you want to do business with J & J, don't hesitate. I read a handful of some negative reviews about J & J. Truth is that rarely do people who are very satisfied take the time to leave the positive reviews. That's unfortunate. The negatives are usually unhappy because of extenuating circumstances that don't tell the whole story and are one sided. Or they are a "Karen" or a "Kevin".I'm a Kevin by birth. Not a wingy whiney "Kevin". And I would highly recommend J & J and John any day of the week.Thank you again John. Nice working with you. Color me a very satisfied customer of yours. I know who I can work with regarding my OKAI E-Bike.Best Regards.”

“if the number of words that I use to do this review with limited to 11, it would be, this is the fifth vehicle. My family has purchased from New country Toyota. That being said our experience today was productive and supportive. Jerry H, our salesman provided Clear, explanations, and listened to our needs and wants in order to get us very good deal. Even the sales people on his left and right were pleasant and interactive while he was dealing with the business manager and answered questions for us. Purchasing a new vehicle can be exhausting but Frontline sales people like Jerry inspire confidence and help get the job done.”
“Got myself into a bit of a pickle with my car a few weeks back and Matt’s was called to the scene. I wish I could give more stars! They were so incredibly kind and respectful. From the people I spoke with on the phone to their tow truck drivers, they are an excellent team! Great customer service. More specifically Dan, Mike, and Joey! I don’t have the nicest car however, they were SO gentle with it and treated it as if it were a luxury vehicle.
I HIGHLY recommend them and I will be going to them from now on with any car repairs and towing!”
