“I was greeted by Dashan Thomas as soon as I got there, he was polite and professional advising me of the steps to be taken and when asked about additional services was extremely accommodating. Completion of my service was quick and efficient being the reason I continue my car maintenance at this facility - the staff are pleasant, friendly and welcoming.”
“Dan, Tyler are you guys are great! And you pick up the phone on a Sunday!! Thank you for getting the job done fast, you helped me out immensely considering I'm a realtor and need my car. Appreciate you guys!! 💪🏻💕”
“Was staying at a hotel in Malta for a weekend at the track in Saratoga, checked out of the hotel this morning and when I got to my car one of my tires was completely flat. Called Monro Auto because they were close by and they were able to get me an appointment very quickly and gave me a great deal on a new tire. Cost of Installation was also very reasonable and they had me out of there so quickly, even though they were clearly busy. Can’t thank them enough for getting me out of a tough situation when I was far from home!”
