Best Buy is a store with a good location where customers have bought thousands of dollars worth of electronics. The customer service is often described as excellent, helpful, and professional, with staff who go above and beyond and do not rush customers. Some employees are noted for being fantastic, delivering great recommendations, and ensuring clients are seen even when the store is very busy. However, the service can sometimes be quite curt, and things have changed from when greater lengths were taken to help. The store may need a little restructuring, with several shelves empty, limited selections, and low stock of items on hand.
