“Incredibly helpful, nonpushy, knowledgeable manager of the store helped me find what I needed and delivered it promptly, helping me out with a related matter along the way. Couldn't be happier and will gladly send friends for items and decor and upholstery advice.”
“Amazing customer service and super easy to purchase. Rock and Susan were super great to figure things out with. I recommend coming here to pick out any furniture you may need or want.”
“Although a frustrating experience with the delay I have to admit that the Furniture House does offer very high quality furniture. I am very satisfied with our sectional. I would definitely buy from them again because of the high quality.”
“The Furniture House is the most beautiful place in the capital region! Anything and everything for all styles. The best part by far is the staff. Susan Munday-Kaytar took care of us twice. She went above and beyond any sales person I’ve ever experienced. She worked very hard to insure we were happy with our purchase. I’ll be back for several more pieces. Also would like to mention how incredibly helpful Carmine from the warehouse was.”
“Julia at Target was wonderful when I manage to spill dirt from a pot of flowers on the floor and did not have time to clean it up because I had to pick up my daughter from preschool.
I was obviously flustered and a little bit embarrassed, and she was so calm and polite. It was most appreciated.”

“Jen was absolutely incredible! From the moment we started working with her, she was unbelievably helpful, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we found the right mattress and setup for us. We took our time, asked a lot of questions, went back and forth between options, and changed our minds more than once—and Jen never once made us feel rushed, pressured, or like we were being a difficult customer.
She was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She listened to what we actually needed, helped us understand our options, and gave us the space to make the decision that felt right for us. Even when we were taking our time deciding between the different mattresses and the adjustable base, she remained just as friendly and helpful as she was at the beginning.
Jen is exactly the kind of salesperson you hope to encounter when making a big purchase. She made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience genuinely enjoyable. We walked away feeling confident about our purchase, and a huge part of that is because of the way Jen treated us. Mattress Firm is incredibly lucky to have her. If you're shopping for a mattress, ask for Jen—you won't regret it!”
