“I went here with an emergency order that another vendor had screwed up for days. The 2 service people at this FedEx location completed the order in less than 10 minutes. It was correct, the staff was super pleasant and helpful and the cost was very reasonable. The store is bright and clean. All in all, a successful and pleasant experience. “Despite the negative reviews I saw on Google, I’ve honestly had nothing but positive experiences at this post office since moving to the area.
It’s clearly a very busy location with limited staff, and from what I’ve seen, they’re doing the best they can. I’ve been here multiple times for basic transactions like change of address, mailing out packages, and passport applications, and each time the workers have been helpful, accommodating, and even had a great sense of humor.
I think a lot of the frustration in reviews comes from people not getting the exact outcome they want, but at the end of the day, the post office is essentially a middleman. From my experience, the staff here genuinely try to help however they can—and that goes a long way.

“Just had to print 3 manuals via online order. The manuals were clear and colors were vibrant. I realized after that I did not put my coupon offer in but was paying on pickup. I was able to apply coupon at pickup without any issue. Staff were great to work with.”
