My husband and I went into the Spectrum store in Saratoga Springs, NY on 12/28/23 to pay our bill in person. We signed in and waited for the availability of the kiosk. Once we were at the kiosk, we entered all of our information correctly and we were still unable to execute the transaction. Another elderly couple that was there was having the same issue. There were two sales associates working that day. One person was working with another customer, however, there was another sales associate literally just standing there. Not sure if he was working with someone else, BUT you would think that when he saw four people struggling that someone would have come over and tried to help us. It is really concerning how customer service has gone so downhill.

Quick note- Spectrum on Marketplace Road (in Wilton by Aldi) was just as hellish of an experience today as it was when I was there a year ago. Still understaffed, underskilled and terribly inefficient.

Hour + wait time. Rep was very pushy about service I didn't want Almost to the point of sheer rudeness. My visit lived up to my expectations from a previous experience.

This has to be the slowest Spectrum store in the country. Significantly understaffed and employees incapable of multi-tasking. Waited over 2 hours to do a simple modem exchange as employees spent hours activating new phone lines for customers. Why not have two lines - one for equipment and one for phones? 16 people waiting in lobby to be serviced and Regional Manger comes out from the back room and sends one of the two employees on lunch break. ??♂️

The wait time was heroically long. To the point of absurdity. I got what I needed to get done. But the wait time should never approach an hour. Also the location isn't exactly easy for everyone to get to.Oh, and while I'm at it my actual service has been spotty over the last 24 hours or so, in the 12866.That may not be this locations fault, but clearly Spectrum has no interest in providing even close to good service.

You wait forever! Only 2 people working and the entire time I waited they literally helped 2 people with their phones ...I waited over a half hr.finally someone came out walking around with a laptop and helped me.For all the $ they charge people they need to improve on how they help customers.There should be 1 person helping with cell phones only.When I left those 2 people were still helping the 2 customers with phones.SPECTRUM sucks!!!!!!!If I could go somewhere else I would...They monopolize the market for cable and internet .

Friendly staff, easy check in with the tablet near the door. May be better to set an appointment if you are in a rush

your service sucks. you get people to sign up for free trials and when they call to cancel you DON'T answer because you have too many call that you don't want to answer! I will not pat a penny for FUBO because it is useless and you don't let people cancel. It's easy to sign up and impossible to cancel. I will notify my credit card company not to pay any additional charges and I'm getting very close to cutting the cord!!! I've had technical issues also. NOT GREAT SERVICE! It doesn't deserve the one star but I can't post it with less!

Wish I could give it 0 starts. I waited an hour to pick up a modem. Zero customer service. The employee I dealt with, Catherine French, was very condescending. I ended up canceling our internet service and left with no documentation of our cancellation after requesting it. HORRIBLE! Will look elsewhere even though we’ve paid this company large sums over money over the years we had them. They don’t care about their customers anymore.

Horrible service, horrible internet, INSANE prices for the worst internet I've ever experienced. Boingo. A wireless only, 50MB/s plan is 10,000 times more worth it than this company in its entirety. Please fix yourself because you can be easily overtaken by smaller companies. It's a very simple business.

Wife’s comment:This should be negative stars. My family went in today to sign up for internet service. Mark waited on us. He was so aggressive and intimidating in his approach that my patient, soft-spoken husband finally pounded his fist on the counter and demanded that he STOP. STOP TALKING! NOW!

I would give this place a zero stars if I could. Everything was fine at first when my wife and I switched to spectrum mobile. We had internet for a while and wanted to try out mobile. Staff was nice when we picked out our new phones. After 2 weeks, my wife's phone was having issues. We called spectrum to try to correct the issue. Worked for a few days and started acting up again. Went to the store to warranty out the phone and the staff got really rude saying we could not do that after two weeks. Called spectrum again numerous times to correct the issue to avail. Eventually we found out the phone was defective through samsung diagnostics. Called spectrum again to try to get a loaner phone to send out the phone for repair. They would not even give us a loaner phone. Needless to say we are with t-mobile now and we love it. Have not had any issues with their devices. Their internet is much faster and we have way better service where we live. Will never return to spectrum again

The customer service was extremely slow. The associates were rude & condescending. It took over an hour to return equipment. Looking at past reviews, improvements are definitely needed at this location.
