“My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception at the 408 and it was nothing short of spectacular! Maria and her staff made everything seamless and tremendously reduced our stresses while planning a once in a lifetime event. The planning process was organized and Maria and her team were flexible, pleasant, and accommodating every step of the way. Maria was always responsive to any questions/concerns and no ask was too big or too small. On the night of our event, everything was perfect!! Staff's customer service on our wedding night was exceptional as was the food! The venue/space speaks for itself; it is photogenic and stunning, exuding class and elegance while also remaining intimate. We can't recommend the 408 enough for future events and are so glad we chose this venue for our special day!”

“Nice location to attend events. accessible, ample parking, though a bit pricey for the attached lot. There is street parking but it can be a bit of a walk for those less ambulatory. Interior of the event space is well kept, staff is friendly and helpful, and it is located just off the main strip for post event dinner and drinks.”

“We absolutely love the children's museum!! I've been bringing my daughter since she was 6 months old, and she's 20 months old now. Everything is SO clean, nothing ever seems worn down, and there's plenty for kids of all ages to do. The new playground is just precious!! I'm so glad we have a membership and will definitely be renewing it.”
“In addition to great location, spacious, contemporary rooms, the staff here is well trained, caring and helpful. Here during C-19 to visit mom, I feel very safe here, with everything sparkly clean and staff wearing gloves and masks. Great place!”

“This is a beautiful historic hotel close to everything downtown Saratoga and a short walk to the racetrack. Rooms were a little dated, but not in a bad way. I've stayed overnight to photograph a wedding and a few other times just to experience a staycation in my home town. Food is really good, and the entertainment is great. Staff is friendly and offers help with anything you might need. I have many photos, will be back to post more as I come across them.”

“Stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn, Saratoga Springs, NY. The hotel bartender, Elisabeth (Lizzy), made my stay enjoyable. She listened, shared stories and was understanding whenever we sat at the bar. Lizzy, made me stay at the hotel instead of driving/walking downtown to spend my time/money. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on my personal experience. Lizzy made my experience well worth the stay.”

Our room was nicely appointed, comfortable, and spotless. One of the highlights was the complimentary beverage and snack station – such a thoughtful touch that really added to the stay.
