“We had our wedding here in May, and I cannot recommend it enough! Maria was amazing to work with. We never felt stressed about planning at The 408 because we knew she had everything handled.
Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food, drinks, and the friendly staff. Every member of the team that night was so kind and truly understood our vision. We opted for a cocktail-style reception so we could keep the party going all night, and the team absolutely delivered.

“It was our first trip to UPH. It is a beautiful venue and seating everywhere is good. We saw Jim Brickman, for the fourth time, and it was a great concert. Finding the entrance to the parking was a little difficult but we ended finding it, maybe a little better signage.”

“We recently hosted my daughter’s bridal shower at Anne's Washington Inn and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Madeleine, the event coordinator, was so helpful and attentive throughout the planning process, making everything feel seamless and stress-free. The setting was beautiful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Every detail came together perfectly, and we truly were able to create the bridal shower of my daughter’s dreams. Following a disappointing encounter with another hotel in Saratoga, we were hesitant to return, but Marianna's outstanding efforts ensured a warm welcome. “Nice location to attend events. accessible, ample parking, though a bit pricey for the attached lot. There is street parking but it can be a bit of a walk for those less ambulatory. Interior of the event space is well kept, staff is friendly and helpful, and it is located just off the main strip for post event dinner and drinks.”
“Great place for the kids Everytime we go! Heads up the parking lot is being repaved, but follow the signs and you'll be fine. (Park in smaller lot on side ) Always something new to explore. Kind staff as well.”

“The Inn at Saratoga is located minutes away from the main street. And you can walk to the restaurant. The hotel reminds the 18th century building with friendly staff. Rooms are quiet, clean, and spacious. The king bedroom highly recommends while you have a private living and dining area.”
“In addition to great location, spacious, contemporary rooms, the staff here is well trained, caring and helpful. Here during C-19 to visit mom, I feel very safe here, with everything sparkly clean and staff wearing gloves and masks. Great place!”

“It did the job. Clean, quiet, content. Not a lot of storage space, but a lot of desk space for those who travel for work. Near the main strip, but id still suggest driving to it. Free charging which was a very nice bonus. My one issue with it was that I got a random charge from there and then it just..disappeared from my history once I paid off my card. I tried calling and they said they had no record of the transaction, so I am under the impression I was charged randomly without refund. So, just be careful and check your card after you leave, because thats when it happened to me, and I would like to know what that was about.”

While every member of the staff was wonderful, Joseph touched our hearts in a very special way. His kindness, humor and genuine care made us feel less like guests and more like family. He has a remarkable gift for making people feel valued and appreciated, and his warmth added something truly memorable to our stay.
The entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, creating an atmosphere that was both luxurious and inviting. It is rare to find a place where the accommodations are outstanding and the people are even more exceptional.
