Went in to get a charger dock repaired and Perry not only got the problem he also helped me find a brand new replacement charger online! I wanted to the laptop so I can do some video editing Perry also helped me learn that my laptop was not designed for that sort of thing but if I installed a ssd it could be optimized for that sort of task. He installed it in a timely matter and also was very informative and helpful on the best programs to use for it! I couldn't recommend them enough, I know where I'm going if I have any future issues with my laptop!
