I made an appointment with him. This is the most positive experience I have ever had with Verizon over many years.
Michael is knowledgeable, quick, friendly, solves problems., And is very well suited for this.
He set up a new phone for me transferred all of my information… Provided me with all the necessary accessories, Which was part of the deal.
