They did collapse and it did take three different butterfly pricks and two technicians but yes they were able to draw all of the full times that were needed”

“This is the 3rd time I have had blood drawn by Milagros. That Lady is pure gold. She is always kind and gentle, and before I know it, she is done. She is the only one who works at the Smithtown Ave. Bohemia location. She does intake, paperwork and the blood draws. Even when very busy, she is so efficient that the wait time is minimal. I always feel like I am in good hands when I see Milagros and I hope Sunrise is treating her well as she deserves that! (And I don't think there will be too many phlebotomists willing to be a "one man band" if she ever decides to leave.)”
“This is my first time going to Sound Endocrinology (building 3C) in Stony Brook. Dr. Mitsinikos is very professional and informative. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. My only qualm was that after I got my MRI I was sent the results within days and the office waited two weeks until my next appt to tell me the results. I understand I had an upcoming appt but I still felt like I should have been notified once the results were in. Then we could have discussed them at my upcoming appt.”

“Thank Goddam for Walgreens. The actual pharmacy is open 24 hrs. Not like cvs who claims to be a 24 hrs pharmacy but isn't. Only the store is open! Walgreens came through for us at 1 am to get the medication my husband got after knee replacement surgery. The pharmacist on duty was so nice, barely had to wait fir the script to be filled !”
“Very easy to make appointments online or with your phone. If you get there by your appointment, you are usually called right away. I've had very many blood tests and their technicians are excellent finding veins right away and I almost never bruise, which says a lot because I am a blood thinner, and therefore, I bruise very easily.”

“The 5 stars is for the staff at this location. They are friendly, gentle and prompt; I'm usually in and out in 10 minutes and on to the rest of my day.
With that said, your billing department leaves a bit to be desired. I've been trying to pay my bill online for over a month now and it keeps telling me I have no balance when I know I do. Then the other day I got a letter in the mail threatening to send me to collections, but when I call I'm on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. Guys, I'm trying to give you money here! Help a girl out!”

“This is my favorite place for blood work. Extremely professional and courteous. Every time I have gone there I am in and out so fast. They are so good at extracting blood from my vein, I don't even have a mark where they inserted the needle. Other places should be this professional. Sorry no photos. Lol”

“They took me right away and I believe my technicians name was Zeb. I told him sometimes the phlebotomist has an easier time taking blood from my right arm on the outside. He listened and checked and' took the blood from there and he was so gentle I didn't even feel it. He was very kind and efficient. Thank you for a great experience.”
