βI have to say, these two women today were so wonderful! I was stressed about sending back a wedding gift for my fiancΓ© and I didnβt have the right packaging. They took care of everything for me, taped everything up and put the label on for me- made it stress free for me! I canβt thank them enough!β
βBooked with SGT Auto Transport, it went smoothly. They were late by 2 days but I was already expecting some delay due to weather or traffic conditions. No bait and switch with the pricing either so what SGT said is what I paid and was honestly not expecting that haha most transport companies I’ve used in the past have almost always asked for more money after drop off but not SGT Auto Transport!β

βI went specifically here due to reviews after being told my save the dates for my wedding were too thick with a wax seal to mail by other post offices. I was so close to having to open every single envelope and do it all over again. Until I went here! The clerk Danielle was so helpful! She made sure I had the right stamp that way it will be hand cancelled and wonβt be an issue when mailing. She was so polite and even ran to make sure my postage made it on the truck for the day! I canβt thank her enough! She saved me HOURS of my time and HOURS of my hard work! I will definitely be coming back to Oakdale post office to send out my wedding invites! :)β

Found This "Ups Authorized Shipper" today On Waze. Their name is Boxes and Bytes .
Thought I'd give it a try on the way home to do my Amazon return!
Right off the bat Lou was already trying to help me the moment i walked in . He told me it was free to ship and referred me to smithtown UPS store.
Now I'm posting this because not only was he super nice and super patient cause I can be real slow sometimes . .
He told me they will just scan the QR code and take me return. He was being 100% honest and didn't wanna charge a fee for the email. However. I was like Hold Up wait a minute... I've been to both smithtown and brentwood.. and Both times they couldn't scan the QR Code. They also required "email label to a friend" and charged fee for printing.. Now the difference is, which Lou explained to me.. cause I thought this was normal.. they are offical UPS owned storefronts.. they have a contract with UPS and are credited by Amazon Hence the FREE return part.
So this was a revelation for both of us haha.
So long story Short.. If your gonna be paying for Amazon returns even if it's just a few bucks.. Support your local businesses. And save the extra drive cause B&B is right around the corner.
I FOUND MY designated place for returns and I'm super glad about it cause Amazon been screwing up orders left and right.

Ps. If your return ain't loading they also have wifi you can connect to for sent the labels. LIFESAVER!β

βEvery time I go in there they workers are having a party, swinging from the lamps, dancing, blaring the music, drinking cocktails. I think I smell weed sometimes too. I usually hang out for a couple of songs and then leave buzzed, I usually forget to mail my letters LOL. Did anyone ever play that game with with the postage scale they are always playing? SO FUN!β

βKathy! Upon meeting her you will quickly understand why this whole review is about her. It's the person at any workplace that can turn anywhere into a experiance. Not a post office, a retaurant, or a store. She is the most well mannered, seamless, and best employee any could desire. All her actions are smooth and the energy she brings is so tranquil. She needs to be the mentor of many not post office workers but in other vast workplaces

βThis guys are great. I went there to ask questions about printing a birthday sign. Within 20 minutes my sign was ordered. By next day morning my sign was ready. I received a call from the store to let me know it was ready. Came to store, they remembered me and immediately handed me my sign. The sign came out more than perfect. Asst. manager Jayson is very nice, ready to work and knowledgeable.

βWound up having a package placed in the wrong community post office box and my tracking number said it was delivered. Called bellport PO and spoke to a really helpful women who personally called the carrier he/she returned , Found it and placed correctly. Thank you very much!!!β
βI personally go out of my way to avoid Sayville PO as some of the clerks are outright rude. I know many of my neighbors also avoid this PO. Sadly, the supervisor couldnβt care less.
West Sayville employees are warm and friendly and they actually go out of their way for you. This is the how it should be.β
βThe lady at the desk I forgot to look at her name but she was very polite, professional and kind. My family and I went to apply for passports for my kids and we had gone to the one in Centereach and they were not helpful at all. I booked an appointment the first time and they didn't help me bc they said the appoitment was supposed to be earlier but I got there on time but didn't know I had to fill-out applications first made another appointment and got there on time there was a line and then they said that they couldn't help me bc the pictures were not supposed to look like that that the hair had to be down, they found any excuse to not help and that they were busy that day to book another appointment for another day even tho it was only 9:30am so I went to this one in CI and they were the best of the best.β
