“Matt was a pleasure to deal with. Very nice. and courteous, and will explain everything you need to know. Very often you can tell when a repair person is giving off the rip-off vibe, but there was none of that nonsense here. Very transparent, and you can tell he wants to help. As for the repair work, it was adequate. However for getting a car repaired and spending all this money I think you'd want more than adequate. Similar to the other reviews there was definitely issues with alignment of the different panels...eg gap and flush issues. In the end I give three of the quality of the work and a five for the excellent communication and customer service.”
“I am very thankful to their service. I have a break noise and went to three different repair shops to get estimates. One shop never gave me a estimate and didn’t take my call afterwards. One shop said I need change rotors and pads plus calipers. Another shop said I need change all four rotors and pads and maybe calipers. Only lennny took out the tires and told me that all calipers are good and I only need change the rear rotors and pads?for now, but maybe soon need change front rotors and pads and quoted me reasonable price. I decided only change the rear ones for now and take care the front ones in the future. Really appreciate their honesty service.”
“Primarily I went to have an inspection, but I also let them know that there's always a noise whenever it rains or right after the rain. They fixed the noise problem free of charge since it was a minor thing to do. They also let me know that at some point the links for the stabilizer need to replaced. I scheduled an appointment for the replacement and there's also the price on it, which is very helpful so that I'm aware of how much it would cost. Of course I don't have to pay anything until the work is done.Just moved into the neighborhood last year, and will certainly become a regular customer going forward!Services: Exhaust”

We take our car in for our annual inspection and for our oil change and tire rotation, but he has also helped with a broken A/C and battery issues.I increasingly find that places want to upsell you, or I come out of places feeling like I have just been scammed into getting something unnecessary. “I’ve been with Scarsdale Ford since the early 2000’s. I can’t be happier with the service department as well as the salesmen. I’ve had great salespeople! My last salesperson was Joe Tarantino and he’s an awesome guy. He went above and beyond getting me a new 2022 explorer ST. My 2018 was totaled in a 5x rollover and I lived. So of course I wanted to get another. At the time there were issues getting these but I lucked out. I was unaware that the dealership gave me QUITE a number of free oil changes until I went there during the early summer. Yesterday unneeded another oil change. My service adviser was Jeff Garceau. While they were doing the oil change, the technician noticed that my wheel alignment was way off and took photos and brought them back to Jeff to show me. I decided to go ahead with the wheel alignment. I also noticed when I got home that they balanced my tires, which I greatly appreciate it. The price was right and my truck was done probably within the hour.I definitely will be returning for any work that needs to be done. I no longer live in the area and I had a 1030 appointment and didn’t get there at least another hour later and they still were nice enough to accommodate me. Due to the weather in traffic, I just couldn’t get there within the timeframe that they wanted me there, but it was not a big deal for them. I highly recommend them.”
