Drove 45 minutes to this branch ( the only branch available) took another 30 minutes just to make a deposit. No one available to help deposit was made through a Machine smh

Mr. Yung Liu at the Scarsdale, NY location was fantastic as he assisted me in obtaining foreign currency for a upcoming trip.

Horrible service. Poorly managed. Hard to find someone to help you. One person is either running around like a mule or the others in their office too busy to talk. Tried to talk to a manager and of course not at work. Never again.
