“I had a pretty good experience with HSBC Scarsdale. I had to exchange some currency for an upcoming vacation. Call ahead of time to order the currency and someone answered the phone immediately. It was very easy ordering the foreign currency on the phone. They called me back the next business day informing me it's ready for pickup. Pickup was quick and easy as well. Easy parking. I was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes.
The only compliant is that HSBC has so few branches in the US so this closest one is still quite far from me.”
