“It’s a gas station. Nothing spectacular. Self-pump, orderly lines, 3 pumps per lane so the lines move at a reasonable pace. Good to know that the hose is long enough to reach the opposite side if that is where your tank cap is.”

“Okay Yelp community, I'm baaack! So if I reviewed BJ's before this is an addition only specific to the optical department. I needed to go for an eye exam and sadly my ophthalmologist has left the building so to speak. While shopping in BJ's I noticed the sign for eye exams @ $75.00. Okay what the heck. Made the appointment. So after the usual interrogation of medical history you are introduced to a version of HAL 9000. For those that may not get the reference 2001 Space Odyssey. Pretty cool, look ma no hands! No eye drops no dilation. The technician Alya was great she explained the whole process. After she did her part, you are then introduced to another specialist that proceeds to continue with the exam. Once it is completed you get a comprehensive report and it's explained. Apparently my prescription changed so I needed to update my glasses. Say hello to Dana the manager. She could not have been better. I explained my needs, you know the standard transitions progressive lenses, all the bells and whistles. When I told her of my poor experience at Lens Crafters and how they did no follow up and how my transitions quit transitioning she took the time to explain that transitions have a life, a short one at that. Picked up my glasses today, Dana confirmed fit, made sure they were comfortable and made sure I could see. Great services. Dana is very professional knowledgeable and personable and shows great leadership qualities.”

“Who is giving bad reviews? What, you've never been to a wholesaler before? They're all pretty much the same... I think this is the only Sam's I've ever been to, but I think it's great. Lots of fresh food, and obvi an astonishingly wide selection of dry goods. The staff is decent here, and the shopping area is usually clean.”

“Favorite place, I been shopping in sams for year now the convenience to use the app while you in the store pay for it and no line walk right out. A game changer. Will never do a line anymore. And if you shop at least once a month you might as well get the membership that you can come in at 8am and get you money back so it pays for itself. I recommend it. Get my tires , batteries and food. Compare to any other supermarket. For example. I got a mozzarella cheese for 2 for 9 bucks. Shoprite you get 1 for $10 dollars. What a savings.”

“I like this location and staff is super friendly and happy to assist. Mattie (not sure of spelling) in customer service is one of a kind and extremely welcoming. Judy who offers samples always makes my visit more fun. Store is clean and well organized. Check out lanes are sometimes long but the busy bees try their best to move us along. I am sad that the company no longer carries Lloyd's bbq ribs. Very disappointed.”

“Staff helpful, multitude of desirable choices like chicken soup made from their fabulous roasted chicken, as is the chicken salad! Marinated shrimp appetizer a huge hit!! Great bakery, nice staff, TOO BAD THEY DON't make The outstanding Key Lime Pie anymore it was THE BEST, but the Apple Pie & Glamorous Chocolate cake with Mousse filling is spot on!! The frosting is a chocolate lovers delight!!!! The chicken wings in freezer section with optional sauces is most enjoyable as the Spanikopita appetizers!! The meats great: steaks, lamb chops, rack of lamb, DUCK BREASTS PRECOOKED from Maple Farm are restaurant quality!! Just heat & serve!! Love being able to cash out on my own with help when needed quite attentive! Computer sales staff knowledgeable!! Good on returns with all your documentation whether recalled food or a not so perfect technological purchase!!! Oh Ice cream novelties for big parties great selection!!”

“I have been a loyal customer of this Costco for years. Many of the employees here are familiar faces to me, which means that the management is doing something right for them to stay. The other day, all the carts were elsewhere but at the front door. While looking for an available cart, I mentioned to one of the employees that it was my second time searching for a cart in the parking lot. He apologized. I said to him, 'it is not you, but those customers who do not return them to the cart return.' Speaking of the customers... I have had several would-be-altercations with some of them. I am not sure why some mature women are stressed out and interested in fighting with me, while I did nothing but perhaps standing in their way. I had to be the grownup and walked away. If the employees are mean as well, I would stop shopping here. The hard-working employees are the gems at this Costco.”

“I loved this Costco ... I live in Nassau county but my local Costco was such a disaster I had to come to this one to first get a replacement card which was so simple and easy . The lady was so sweet and kind and then shopping here was so completely different then shopping at the westbury location. This store was not over run by mobs of people , I had the freedom to walk around and shop at my pace with our feeling the pressure of people rushing me behind me . I liked that I can go get milk and eggs and not be blocked by people , I liked that I can stand somewhere for a few minutes deciding on what products I want . Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the check out process took longer then expected.”

“Overall great placeThey have everything from electronics and housewares. Seasonal surprises all types of fresh meat and fish to already prepped dinners. A produce and dairy sections and a freezer cooler section. Paper plates garbage bags cleaning supplies pet food and Health and beauty. A pharmacy optical and hearing aid specialty. And a food court that still serves the biggest hot dog and a drink with refills for just a $1.50 They also have a clothing section as well as a small media section, furniture is sold seasonally and roadshows pop up demo products. Well worth the 120 bucks for membership when you receive 2% cash back on almost all purchases. I can literally do all my shopping in one place and earn up to 4% cash back if I have their credit card. Go sign up check it out and if it's not for you then you are guaranteed a refund on your membership at anytime during your paid active membership”

“The independent optometrist that is at this location Dr Russler is amazing. I have been seeing him for a few years now and it is worth ever penny. I never have an issue with my prescription and my contacts he is always willing to help you find the right brand and size for your eye. He is so sweet and really truly cares for his patients.The opticians here are pretty nice as well. The glasses selection has gotten better over the years.”

There have been occasions where they didn't have kirkland water which is one of the primary reasons why we go here but it is what it is. They do a good job with samples on the weekends. I do wish they looked after the fruit a little better. They often stack the boxes and the ones towards the bottom get crushed. But that's part of the wholesale warehouse experience.”

“This is for Brian and all staff at this location. They are very helpful and accommodating. They repaired my tire on a short notice.updated：Yesterday, I revisited the tire center due to a bulge in my tire. The team at Costco's tire center promptly replaced it. Thankfully, the road hazard warranty covered most of the cost, so I only paid a small portion. Both the manager and the technicians were incredibly accommodating, even with my last-minute request.”
“Thanks to Jennifer at the optical for fixing my glasses. She thought it was just a loose screw, because one of the legs was just about to fall off. She took her time, her pliers and her patience to fix them. I cannot thank her enough!”
“We just got a annual membership plan for $20 regular cost is $50, that in itself is very exciting. We took on walk around inside the large shopping facility and we were impressed by the various products and food items they had available. The prices look Fair as well.”
