“THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE BODY WORK DONE.... I was rear ended and my pumper was damaged. I went to Carman Body Works because my sister has had work done there previously and raved about how great they were. They were great, their customer service is fantastic. I went to get my pumper fixed at a season where they had a crazy work case load. They work with both insurance companies to make sure everything is organized and paid for. Which since I was rear ended and it wasn't my fault the other insurance company paid for the repairs. They also found additional damage that was caused to the rear when taking the pumper off to put on the new one. They called and informed the insurance company that was paying for the repairs on my behalf and they also were able to get that covered for me. Over all great experience. Also on a side note my door handle just broke on my driver side door. Needless to say its a no brainer where I am going to go. I just called them and will be having them give me an estimate later before they close today.”

“The starter on my girlfriend’s car went kaput last week. She had only just the week before had to have the clutch repaired, so there wasn’t a lot of money left for a new starter and she absolutely needed it fixed asap. No place nearby had one in stockI had used Xcel probably about 25 years ago for an alternator, so I brought it there.They didn’t have one either, but he offered to rebuild it and had it done within a couple hours. (Much cheaper than a remanufactured one at any of the big auto parts chains would have cost me,btw)I got it home and installed before my gal got home from work.Thank you Xcel, you made me the hero of the day!”

I left with a suitable part, aged just like the rest of my car, for a decent price and I didn't have to stand behind a white line, as I looked over some gems he's has there from the past, including an early 60s Lincoln Continental, with suicide doors. Thats not all then an employee came down where I was an stayed and help me for a few hours he drove me around getting things an when we called it a nite he dropped me off at a motel and the kicker is he wouldn't take a cent for all the time an effort that he an shop did for me an that little store checked on me an helped me more an offered me any fittings that I could use THANK GOD THERE IS SOME GOOD PEOPLE LEFT ON THIS WORLD...THANKS Y'ALL”

“Grand Premier was awesome! I was in my new RV traveling from Cape Cod, MA to Colorado and I kept losing air from a rear tire. I saw now visible tire damage and the valve stem seemed fine. After visiting 3 shops, Grand Premier was willing to look at my rig. They found my new custom wheel failed (cracked) and they put on my spare tire - not an easy task. They wouldn’t take any money and send me on my way to finish my trip. OMG, these guys were life savers! Thank you! ?”
