“I visited Lia Hyundai, on 07/01/2026, to service my 2023 Palisade. I was able to pre-schedule the appointment for the 1st appointment of the day because I like to get in and out as early as possible. Oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection and a recall to replace the 3rd row window glass film.
My Service Advisor, Josephine Calabro, couldn't have been nicer. She took good care of me by getting me in right away and keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle as I waited in the customer lounge. Everything took 2. 5 hours and I was out.”

Brought my car in for state inspection, oil change, and factory recall. Worked with Alyx Gonch, who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and in a reasonable time I was heading out. Donuts arrived just in time!

“Everything was exceptional from customer service to the workmanship of restoring my car. A deer jumped in front of my car. Though I was traveling pretty slowly and managed to brake, it still did some damage to the font left side. VIVE restored my car, making it look brand new and as if nothing ever happened. Debra explained the process thoroughly and made sure I felt confident leaving my vehicle in their hands. They worked with my insurance company (GEICO) which made everything seamless; pick up of rental vehicle was arranged and drop off was arranged on site. I got text updates twice a week and was given an estimate on when the work would be completed. It was done in two weeks as estimated. Highly recommend.”
“After calling to schedule an oil change, I believed my appointment was for this Friday. When I arrived, I found out I was actually scheduled for the following Friday. Since I had already made the trip and I travel a long distance to this dealership, I was frustrated because I had planned my day around the appointment.
Both Zephaniah and Anthony Gallo were incredibly patient, understanding, and did everything they could to accommodate me. I especially appreciated Anthony, the Sales Manager, taking the time to help even though my visit was for service and outside of his department.
What started as a routine oil change turned into a more involved repair, but Zephaniah kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you!”

“In November, my husband and I went to De Paula Chevrolet to get the tier fixed on our 2020 Chevrolet equinox. After the tire was fixed I said to my husband, let’s go and see if we are eligible for an upgrade.we ended up going to the same person that sold us that equinox his name is Dave Barry. “Wow, I really wish we'd found this place 6 months ago. They did outstanding work restoring the suspension on our van (a small RoadTrek RV built on a Chevy 3500 van chassis). From the initial estimate, which involved putting it on a lift so we could get under it for a good long look, to picking it up, everything they did was first-rate, professional, and on-time. They said they'd need it for 5 days, and that's exactly what happened. A couple minor, unrelated things that needed fixed, they just took care of. They put it up on the lift again to show me what they'd done.It was a big job, involving undoing some earlier work that turned out to be a disaster, but now we have a lift kit, air bags, new springs, etc., all very cleanly installed and the van drives and tows like a dream. (We weren't sure we'd ever feel safe driving it again after the earlier work by someone else, but now we have no doubts.) They were very good at communicating what was going on, and invited us to drop by anytime to see the progress. We'll definitely be using them again.”
