“I visited Lia Hyundai, on 07/01/2026, to service my 2023 Palisade. I was able to pre-schedule the appointment for the 1st appointment of the day because I like to get in and out as early as possible. Oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection and a recall to replace the 3rd row window glass film.
My Service Advisor, Josephine Calabro, couldn't have been nicer. She took good care of me by getting me in right away and keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle as I waited in the customer lounge. Everything took 2. 5 hours and I was out.”

“Friendly, prompt, and professional. Oh, and donuts are back. Not that I have anything against fresh fruit, but the donuts were a welcomed surprise!
Brought my car in for state inspection, oil change, and factory recall. Worked with Alyx Gonch, who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and in a reasonable time I was heading out. Donuts arrived just in time!

After the tire was fixed I said to my husband, let’s go and see if we are eligible for an upgrade.we ended up going to the same person that sold us that equinox his name is Dave Barry. He checked it out for us. Long story short, we were able to get an upgrade. Dave Barry has the one checked it out for us. Long story short, we were able to get an upgrade of a brand new 2026 Chevrolet equinox. We are grateful for Dave Barry for working with us again we were pleased with him the first time and even more so now thank you so much for all that you have done for us and your workmanship as a car dealer. “Wow, I really wish we'd found this place 6 months ago. They did outstanding work restoring the suspension on our van (a small RoadTrek RV built on a Chevy 3500 van chassis). From the initial estimate, which involved putting it on a lift so we could get under it for a good long look, to picking it up, everything they did was first-rate, professional, and on-time. They said they'd need it for 5 days, and that's exactly what happened. A couple minor, unrelated things that needed fixed, they just took care of. They put it up on the lift again to show me what they'd done.It was a big job, involving undoing some earlier work that turned out to be a disaster, but now we have a lift kit, air bags, new springs, etc., all very cleanly installed and the van drives and tows like a dream. (We weren't sure we'd ever feel safe driving it again after the earlier work by someone else, but now we have no doubts.) They were very good at communicating what was going on, and invited us to drop by anytime to see the progress. We'll definitely be using them again.”
