“This review is geared towards their main office. I had some issues with my account (no fault of Colonial). I purchased the monthly unlimited amount. Instead of turning me back and telling me to contact the main office, the gentleman took care of me and let me get my car washed since I did have the bar code and was in the system. They didn't need to do that.When I called the main office, I left a message for Robin who seems to handle customer accounts and I'm sure myriad other tasks. I didn't know their hours and called right at closing time. i left a message explaining my issue and asked them to call me when they could next week. To my surprise, I got a call from Robin after their closing time. She wanted to make sure I was taken care of ASAP. They are a small business with old school values which include putting the customer first. seems like that should be obvious, but companies like Colonial Car wash are no longer the norm, but the exception.Money is tight right now like it is with most of us. However, even if Colonial Car wash didn't give me the best deal, I would still stay with them if the price was within reason. This is all due to the way they go the extra mile. Having been a captain in the Army, I can't help but notice little details about everything. Colonial must have a great training program and they also must be very proactive in ensuring quality control throughout the entire chain of command. I am not going to bad mouth any of their competition, but Colonial would have to raise their prices so that they were noticeably more expensive before I would even consider going somewhere else. I believe Robin said they have been in business for over 40 years so they run a smooth operation like a big business, but with a small business mentality and personal touch. Businesses like this are a dying breed, but it's great to discover a new one that is still old school.”

“I signed up with you guys because I had a problem at State Street car wash over there they put me on the track and I guess they didn’t get my car on right Bc went it went up in the air backwards twice so now I’m petrified to go onto the track so every time I go to your store I tell them please help me cause I’m scared I don’t need any damage to my tires and stuff. “Good if you don't want to deal with brushes. Doesn't clean the car well especially if it is quite dirty leaving residue, but does remove the heavy dirt. If you have the time and some good towels to wipe it down, it comes out decent.”

“Self service bays for the most part are pretty decent, probably some of the better ones in the area. If the equipment and pricing was competitive the their tunnel wash would be all right. Unfortunately I think Hoffman's and Spritz are better for that if you don't want to put in manual work.”
