Hannaford, located at 3333 Consaul Rd, Niskayuna, offers a convenient shopping experience with grocery delivery to homes or businesses and grocery pickup services. Customers appreciate the variety of high-quality, local fresh foods and groceries at everyday low prices. Many reviews highlight the store's cleanliness and the friendly, professional staff who are eager to help. The Hannaford To Go service is particularly praised, with some calling it the best in the area, and the drive-thru option is noted for its convenience. However, not all experiences have been positive. One customer reported an issue at checkout regarding a sale item, where they felt the front-end supervisor was rude and dismissive, which detracted from their shopping experience. Despite this incident, many shoppers remain loyal, citing the store's consistently good service and the helpfulness of specific cashiers, especially when using WIC benefits. Overall, Hannaford is viewed as a reliable grocery store, though some customers have noted that gluten-free items can be on the pricier side.
Michael A. was so sweet at the check out, he helped me bag all my groceries with a smile, and did a terrific job. I would definitely keep going here!

The store has some real good items that Market 32 doesn't have.
