“Had to go to the Verizon store to see what to do about a Plantronics Bluetooth headset that wasn't working properly, but I could not find my receipt. Two of the associates were VERY helpful. One (I am sorry I did not get your name) found the online receipt, found that the headset was under the year warranty and replaced the headset!!! $129.95 headset was replaced under warranty. I am beyond thrilled, thank YOU! :)”

We were recently with Verizon business and the consumer side T-Mobile customer service provided by Sam (store Manager) and Drew (store Associate) blew away anything we ever received from Verizon on the consumer or the business side.
