“This review is for the workers. Saraí saved me a headache of searching forever, and she was literally the sweetest. My daughter got a sudden nose bleed and she helped us find napkins quickly, but then stayed WITH us until it passed, making sure everything was okay. She is a lovely person and deserves a raise!
I find the fresh food section of this Target disappointing but I'm not lowering the 5-star because Saraí made up for it.”

“I was in need of a new iPhone since my old one, an iPhone 8 Plus, decided it wasn’t going to work anymore, so I made a decision to go to this Cricket Wireless Store on Altamont Ave. in Schenectady where I was greeted by a delightful young lady, Alicia and I left with a new phone and high regard for the professionalism given me by this young lady. Not only was she very sweet to deal with, but her knowledge of her job was second to none. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I left feeling grateful that I had her to help me go over my new phone that was much different than my old one. Although she was busy with other customers, she never hesitated to answer any questions I had while I was learning about my new phone. She is an absolute asset to the business and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you Alicia for a job well done!!”
“After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”
“Paul is awesome! Very knowledgeable about the remote car start kits. I purchased a car start kit off of Amazon, which turned out to be the wrong kit, due to some confusion on my part about the type of key fob I had, “G key”. He responded quickly to my questions about his kit on eBay and explained the differences to me which the other seller was not able to explain, just said the kit will not work with my car. Paul was actually able to help me program the module to work with my car, but it was missing some functionality. It would not let me unlock the car when the engine was running after starting it. He was able to explain that to me as well, that this function has to be flashed into the memory. I bought Paul’s kit, which turned out to be a lot easier to install, and the harness was longer so I was able to mount the module in a better place under the dash. Great product and service. “Had to go to the Verizon store to see what to do about a Plantronics Bluetooth headset that wasn't working properly, but I could not find my receipt. Two of the associates were VERY helpful. One (I am sorry I did not get your name) found the online receipt, found that the headset was under the year warranty and replaced the headset!!! $129.95 headset was replaced under warranty. I am beyond thrilled, thank YOU! :)”

“I'd thought I cracked my screen and was having issues filing a claim online. I went in and Justin was able to fix the issue which was actually a cracked screen protector. I was taken care of and sent on my way in no time! Super friendly and fast service and a much better experience than the Altamont location.”
