“I called ahead with questions and talked to Justin. Later in the day I stopped in to buy a new SE phone. Justin was great and made the transaction easy to understand and seamless. He spent time setting up my new phone and helped me to transfer everything over from the old to the new. He applied my new screen protector and made sure I had accessories that I needed. If I had tried to do the new phone setup myself, I'm sure it would have taken so much more time and would have caused me so much frustration. While I was there, two other customers came in because it is a busy location. Justin was manning the store by himself, but was able to help others between set-up steps. He is very proficient at his job and I hope Cricket Wireless recognizes the excellent team members who make them look so good!”

“Wireless Hope literally saved Christmas. I bought a refurbished phone from Amazon that my cell provider said couldn't be hooked up. Luckily I went to wireless hope to see if there was anything they could do and within 10 minutes they had my daughters phone setup. If it wasnt for them being so knowledgeable, my daughter would have had a phone she couldn't use.”

Kevin proceeded to stay in contact with me throughout the day until he resolved my issue. This awesome service was all done without leading me prematurely into the sale of a new product. “After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”

Ended up being and issue on my truck and still was willing to help resolve it in order to get his unit working even though it wasn't his issue. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thanks again”

“What I was impressed with was the fact that the gentleman that served my brother phone decided that it was better to show customer service instead of just trying to make me pay more for a phone that was still working properly I was up on the fence regarding whether I should pay for another phone or stick to the phone that I had. The workers showed excellent service and let the me know that he's there to take care of you instead of trying to show you something that you didn't need. He has all my phone issues check with the computer and found out why my phone was acting the way it was so I didn't have to spend over $500 for another phone. He should get a raise or at least acknowledgement for his excellent customer service. Hooray for MetroPCS”

“My local target growing up in nisky. This target location upgraded and renovated to a modernized architecture department store. I liked the beauty/cosmetic sections where it's designed like Sephora makeup floor with lots of lightings, center aisle and sections for different beauty products. Service is always great, I like to go to target at night rather than day time to avoid the crowds. AREA OF IMPROVEMENT Many times when I go to return some products. I noticed there's a long line ppl waiting to return things as well. There's a staffing issue happening almost everyday in the return/exchange counter. Target should allocate floor staffs accordingly to accommodate to customers.”

“We have both purchased in store and had purchases delivered via online shopping over the years and, today for the first time, picked up groceries in store after placing ordered online. It was free and they sent an email notification that the order was ready for pickup, and the pickup was pain free, so would do it again for sure. The lessened enthusiasm over the last few years has to do with Target stopping carrying Mossimo clothing and replacing with what we feel are of lesser quality, which is why we haven't bought any clothing from Target in years and is the reason for a star deduction. Besides the above, for me Target is still one of the top considerations for shopping in terms of value, overall customer service, selection, and store layout. I hope they continue to improve.”

“I'd thought I cracked my screen and was having issues filing a claim online. I went in and Justin was able to fix the issue which was actually a cracked screen protector. I was taken care of and sent on my way in no time! Super friendly and fast service and a much better experience than the Altamont location.”

“Had to go to the Verizon store to see what to do about a Plantronics Bluetooth headset that wasn't working properly, but I could not find my receipt. Two of the associates were VERY helpful. One (I am sorry I did not get your name) found the online receipt, found that the headset was under the year warranty and replaced the headset!!! $129.95 headset was replaced under warranty. I am beyond thrilled, thank YOU! :)”
