“Helen was fantastic (4/26/2024). I was a walk-in, expecting the worst because no appointments Online were available. The reviews didn't sound the best about the wait times. After the check-in kiosk, I had a 7 minute wait. Within 19 minutes I was walking to my vehicle. HELEN was great and the sole reason for the 5 STARs.”

“I have been going here for literally decades primarily because they track my results over time and the scheduling is so easy on line. Sandy is the best and I’m sad she might be retiring. Lab reports are understandable and well formatted.

I took off one star due to a recent experience. I came in with lab orders from 3 different ordering docs. I saw a phlebotomist that I had never seen before. She complained and grumbled from the minute I walked in. You can’t come in with this many orders, she told me and said she would only draw some of my blood. No thanks! I called a district manager who apologized and agreed with me. Any rules or limitations should be given in advance. Who wants to be stuck more than once! Only problem in years though.”

“I've been going here for over 2 decades. While I can't remember some of my doctors as a child-- as an adult I can confidently say Dr. Hanley is the most phenomenal doctor I've ever had. She is caring, thorough, and takes the time to truly listen to my concerns. She knows my body inside and out, understands my treatment preferences, and has never pressured me into anything I've felt uncomfortable with. Every decision is made with input from both her and I; the conversations never fall on deaf ears, which is why I trust her instincts entirely. She also understands how expensive healthcare is and has provided me with financial assistance resources. I've received responses to my portal messages at all hours... 5am, 10pm -- Dr. Hanley truly cares and has never left me feeling anxious while waiting for test results. I'm sorry others have had less than perfect experiences with their providers here, but I can't imagine going anywhere else. Saratoga Hospital Group (whether it's here or other locations, such as OBGYN) has always treated me with respect, compassion, and honesty.
So thank you to Dr. Hanley and the staff at SGFM Primary Care. You're all wonderful individuals and I am grateful for my experiences here over the last 2 decades!!”

“I brought my 82yr old mom in for a blood draw. Richard was our technician. Richard was timely, caring, and all around lovely. My mom says she has “bad veins that roll, and technicians have trouble finding them, often stabbing 4x”. ??
Richard took a look and had a vein the first try.

“Like some others I saw the reviews at a quick glance and was a little hesitate at first. Check in was super easy and I was getting seated in about 15-20 minutes. Now it had been awhile since I had blood work so I was a little nervous. The medical professional did a great job and it barely hurt but I started to not feel so good towards the end of the draw and he was very accommodating. Made sure I had water and asked if I wanted a bite to eat. Another medical professional also saw me and checked in with me. I never felt rushed or burdensome, even though I probably was lol. Would definitely return if I needed any future work.”

Upon arrival, everything went very well and the staff was all very helpful from the front desk to the NP that did my physical. Even when my company did not send the proper paperwork, they were extremely helpful in rectifying the issue.
