When we ordered the gallon it was a few shades lighter than the sample, and even though the gallon matched the paint chip exactly we wanted the darker shade that the sample reflected. We came back in twice to get our gallon tinted darker until it perfectly matched the sample. We really appreciated how willing they were to work with us to get the color we wanted even though I’m sure it was inconvenient and probably annoying for them (not that they ever showed it).”
