Union Street Office is a shipping and supply center, not a UPS store. The staff is wonderful, kind, amazing, and competent, with great communication. They are always willing to go the extra mile, providing prompt service for shipping, Amazon returns, eBay business needs, faxing, printing, and supplies like mailers. Customers can purchase from a nice assortment of mailers and have business cards or flyers designed and printed there. The service is highly recommended for all shipping needs.
Was able to do a large box UPS/Amazon return here with no wait.

Every single time I come the girl is very polite today , she was alone and extremely busy but was A+ helping every single person, I had a workload, she is great a multi tasking, would be nice for her to have help as she was alone with people waiting.

Joy goes above and beyond for me and my daughter, I love to come there knowing I'm gonna be taking care of and my packages are gonna get where they have to go with the best care. Also the tree she has with every holiday is my daughter's favorite. 5 stars 🌟 from us.
