“Christmas shopping for my teenage son was a nightmare, until I was spotted by one of the zumiez workers. Forgot his name but he had long dark hair and a beard. He was extremely helpful with what shoes were unique yet popular and even helped pick a matching outfit! As long as he is working I will always be back!”

“My girlfriend and I have been coming here for awhile now, at least once a week. Every time we come in she is so welcoming not to mention her dog Frankie is first to greet you at the door! The owner is always very helpful & knowledgeable about the products she carries. Any negativity you see about this business is far fetched! I’ve never had a problem in the years of going there. I know as well as any real customer, that if you did have any problem with something she would make sure it’s taken care of. I love this place and always recommend it to the people I know!”

“I like shopping here, I have been shopping here ever since they opened. Never had a bad experience here and the employees are pretty nice. Maybe it depends on how they’re doing and that’s why everyone has a different experience here lol. The only bad thing I heard was an employee fainting because they didn’t have AC during the summer and that sounds pretty unsafe. Hopefully they keep doing good and stay in business because I genuinely like coming here and spending time browsing. It can get pretty busy during the weekends and holidays so I try not to go as much.”

“Using Google maps is very easy for the disabled it let you get to the locations and addresses very quickly and let you find the phone number is very quickly. The other thing is Google Assistant for the disabled is very easy and quick to use for the disabled community.”

“This is actually from almost two years ago, but I just found this letter! For my junior prom I had absolutely fell in love with a prom dress but left it behind, planning to come back for it if I was still set on it. When I did come back, my store no longer had the dress :/ I was very much in love with it and not willing to part without it. The closest store with this dress was Middletown Windsor (4 hours away from me). My mother was willing to drive to get the dress for me if it came down to it but the staff at this location were just so wonderful and worked hard to ship the dress down to Maryland! They went above and beyond what they needed to do, and I really was so grateful! Thank you so much, sorry for the SUPER late review!!”
