“After having an idea to create items celebrating my wifes new business, I contacted Noah. My timeline was more than unfair due to my last-minute ideas and lifestyle. The entire staff was communicative and straightforward. The logo and shirts looked better than expected, literally causing tears of joy when my wife received them. Even greater: the staff delivered the items to me, well after closing hours. I have not experienced a business willing to go so far and beyond to make a happy customer, ever...I thank you all, so much! I will be returning for more, hands-down.”

“Christmas shopping for my teenage son was a nightmare, until I was spotted by one of the zumiez workers. Forgot his name but he had long dark hair and a beard. He was extremely helpful with what shoes were unique yet popular and even helped pick a matching outfit! As long as he is working I will always be back!”

Manager with black hair helped me find some extra merchandise I was looking for, it was a plushie for the amazing digital circus but such a fun store with great energy! “I like shopping here, I have been shopping here ever since they opened. Never had a bad experience here and the employees are pretty nice. Maybe it depends on how they’re doing and that’s why everyone has a different experience here lol. The only bad thing I heard was an employee fainting because they didn’t have AC during the summer and that sounds pretty unsafe. Hopefully they keep doing good and stay in business because I genuinely like coming here and spending time browsing. It can get pretty busy during the weekends and holidays so I try not to go as much.”

“Against All Odds is one of those stores that always pulls you in with its energy, and overall I’d say it deserves a strong four stars. Every time I walk by, the music, the colors, and the displays catch your eye instantly. It’s definitely one of the more unique clothing shops in the mall, especially if you’re looking for streetwear, graphic tees, hats, or styles that stand out instead of blending in.
The selection is actually pretty impressive. They have everything from hoodies and jackets to shirts you won’t find in your regular chain stores. A lot of the designs are bold and creative, which is exactly what makes this place fun to shop in. The prices can range from great deals to a little on the higher side, which is one of the reasons I’m giving it four stars instead of five. But when you catch a sale or find something fresh that fits your style, it feels worth it.
The staff has always been cool and helpful without being pushy. They give you space to browse but are quick to help if you’re looking for sizes or want to check the fitting rooms. The store can get a little crowded on weekends, but that just shows how popular it is.
Overall, Against All Odds is a solid spot for grabbing something different, stylish, and eye-catching. A fun place to shop, and definitely worth stopping by.”
“Got the best fitted’s. Lids really been lacking in their hat game and don’t have too many different special custom fitteds like Pro Image. They got all the best colored hats and brims with Workd Series patches. Best spot over Lids any day”

“Spencer’s definitely deserves five stars for this visit. We stopped in just to look around and ended up finding the best South Park plushies — way better quality than I expected. They had Cartman, Kenny, Kyle, and Stan all lined up, and as soon as we saw them, we knew we had to grab a couple. The stitching, colors, and details were spot-on, not cheap-looking like some of the ones you find online.
The store itself was well-stocked and organized, with all the usual Spencer’s humor and fun stuff, but the plushies were definitely the highlight for us. The staff was friendly and didn’t hover, but they were quick to help when we asked about prices and if they had more characters in the back.
You really never know what you’re going to find at Spencer’s, but this time it was a win. The plushies made the trip to the mall worth it, and they’re already sitting on the shelf at home looking awesome.
If you’re a South Park fan or just looking for something fun to add to your collection, definitely check out Spencer’s. Great vibes, great staff, and honestly some of the coolest merch around.”
“I just want to acknowledge the amazing employees at American. Every time I visit, I’m treated with respect and kindness. Emily — the mama of the team — is absolutely wonderful. She’s always accommodating, patient, and truly takes care of customers who speak with respect.
The young girls who work there are also incredibly polite, helpful, and always willing to assist with a great attitude. I’ve consistently been treated fairly here, and the service has always been exceptional.
