They let us know all technical warnings before taking it in and had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. He spent so much time working on the problem, repeatedly calling for additional support and pushing things through on the backend until we finally made progress tonight.
What really stood out was his patience, kindness, and dedication. He even stayed about a half hour after closing to continue helping me instead of rushing me out the door.
