“Josh helped me set up a new contract plan to transition from my prepaid so that I could get the iPhone 15 pro max I wanted! Apple was unable to assist me due to my plan type when I tried a few days ago and I was super disheartened.I’m so glad I decided to drop into AT&T while at the mall today. Everyone kept telling me to switch to Spectrum due to plan cost. As most know though, you get what you pay for.I love my phone and I’m so excited to have the plan I need with the provider I’ve loved for 19 years now! “The store is excellent and the representatives are very knowledgeable except I really wish they would answer their main line. I wish to speak with two of the reps and never know if they're working. For one week I've tried to contact them and the phone just disconnects. I got a bad phone it's not crickets problem it's Motorola's. They are mass made production wise and sometimes it happens but I can never get there because I only want these two reps so I'm pretty unhappy about that”
