“My son wanted to upgrade his phone this past December. Jaime was amazing. They did not have the color phone he wanted but she went out of her way to help him locate one at a store in our area even though it was very late. She was professional, thorough, and committed to help him find the right phone and the right deal. Trust her to help you navigate to the best opportunity. Not to mention she was just delightful!
Today I had to follow up on a matter we were struggling with. Jason, the store manager, overheard the conversation the rep and I were having. He came over to assist. It is obvious that excellence is the standard there. Jason made the calls necessary to resolve my concerns, reviewed my account, ensured that we had the things we needed and educated me about things that I was not using.
There are stores closer, but as long as he and Jaime are there that is my store of choice.
The Scotia Glenville store and staff are top notch service providers. Just can't say it enough, go there you are in great hands!”

“I needed to upgrade to 5G but was apprehensive about how painful the process might be. Turns out, no worries. It was seamless and got everything ported over to the new phone. Whole process took maybe a half hour at most and was painless, not painful. Based on my two experiences there (first was in 2021), I consider them very professional and very helpful, Highly recommended.”

“I was in need of a new iPhone since my old one, an iPhone 8 Plus, decided it wasn’t going to work anymore, so I made a decision to go to this Cricket Wireless Store on Altamont Ave. in Schenectady where I was greeted by a delightful young lady, Alicia and I left with a new phone and high regard for the professionalism given me by this young lady. Not only was she very sweet to deal with, but her knowledge of her job was second to none. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I left feeling grateful that I had her to help me go over my new phone that was much different than my old one. Although she was busy with other customers, she never hesitated to answer any questions I had while I was learning about my new phone. “After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”

“Had to go to the Verizon store to see what to do about a Plantronics Bluetooth headset that wasn't working properly, but I could not find my receipt. Two of the associates were VERY helpful. One (I am sorry I did not get your name) found the online receipt, found that the headset was under the year warranty and replaced the headset!!! $129.95 headset was replaced under warranty. I am beyond thrilled, thank YOU! :)”
