“I was mistakenly charged a late fee due to a computer issue and Dino explained the issue and refunded me. When I picked up my truck it didn't have a full tank, and that wasn't reflected in the contract he indicated. I explained it was a little under and he took my word for it and refunded the gas charge, as well. Honest and excellent customer service from Dino.”

“This experience is a couple years old as of me writing this, but a good review was owed. I had an issue with my car, which I brought to a mechanic a couple miles up the road. I decided to make good use of my lack of car by renting a van to transport some building supplies. I did not know when making my reservation that this location is also a mechanic shop, but hindsight is 20/20. Anyway, this place was kind enough to sacrifice their staffing and fuel to give me a ride to my mechanic after I returned the van. I felt that was very generous considering my contribution to their revenue was just the cost of the van for a couple of hours.”
