“Love this Big Lots. Managers and Employees are so friendly. Marie, Manager of Chili; helped my husband and I set up our giant Halloween giant werewolf. Everyone friendly.. Lily is a wonderful cashier as well. Very knowledgeable and greets everyone with a kind smile. Store is clean and well set up with great selections. All Managers are great too!”
“One of the best Dollar Tree stores in the area. It's organized, you can find what you need, and plus more. Loses a star because there were boxes in some of the aisles of things that needed to be stocked up, but you're still able to maneuver around them to navigate the store.”
“This location is always packed. Yet, the staff are always very cheerful and helpful in locating items. This store is usually pretty stocked as well, which is great when I came in a few days ago looking for a few items I could not find at other locations. It is usually pretty clean as well. “So my bride was assisting in a bridal shower and decided to go out of her mind overbuying things for the shower and we had to return a number of items. With any place returns suck. She asked me to go with her and to my amazement it was actually a pleasant surprise. We were first greeted by someone who I didn’t catch her name but she deferred us to Georgia who I’m sure had no interest in dealing with us but assisted with nothing but pleasantries. You gave us the prerequisite that we may not be able to exchange all items due to them not all being available at this specific location and we understood. We found our new items to take place of the previously purchased and came to the register. This was 10 mins before closing time. The transaction was swift and the conversation was pleasant. This blew my mind and I will never hesitate to shop at this location. This speaks volumes for a lost art of customer service. Her performance should be commended. Thank you Georgia!”

Only thing on the Down side is the Parking lot , who ever designed the stripes must think everyone had a smart car. or a mini car. In the country the pickup rules,. The spots are way to Small”

“With limited stores in the town of Avon, the dollar General is a one stop shop fo so many things. Some groceries essentials( milk, bread and eggs) cleaning supplies and so many other random items at a great price. A few racks at an even higher discount 70% off, lots of near expired items or discontinued products. I found a few nice deals on snacks and other quick grab and go options. Lots of seasonal items near the entrance.”

“This store is clean but the shelves never stock and they have boxes sitting in the aisle and every employee be outside chilling instead of in the store and when you come in to shop then the employee wants to come in the store and walk behind you acting like they shopping to watch you I don't like that about that store if you got time to walk behind me watching me if I am going to steal you got time to stick your shelves and do some work in the store i Don't shop there anymore poor service”
