“I had the first time passport application here. showed up little early than the appointment time. No lines. Shayne was the clerk who took care of my application, very professional and with lots of patience. The process was quick, around 15 minutes. There's 15 minutes street parking in front of the post office, and 1 hour parking in the area. I had no problem with finding parking.”

The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. “I accidentally returned an Amazon item here using the wrong QR code. 10 minutes later, I went back and told them and the lady at the register went to the back room for 5 minutes and found my package that I had originally brought. I was very impressed with the dedication she took to find it. She came out with the package and scanned the correct QR code I had and I was correctly issued my refund. I really appreciate how helpful and nice she was as this was top tier customer service.”
