“First time here and I must say The staff are professional, quick, and kind. Blood work is as painless as possible ( coming from someone who hates needles that’s huge.) Being left handed can also be an issue for places as the staff are use to needling the opposite arm. 10/10”
“I have been a patient for sometime now and am really happy with them. Firstly, Dr Sebeen is the best PCP anyone can have. She is so so caring and so patient with everything. She is so knowledgeable about everything. My MIL had a condition for a very long time that her previous pcp could never figure out. Dr Sebeen figured it out so quickly and treated it. We are so thankful for her. She is very kind and you can tell she loves her job. Secondly, Her staff is also very amazing and they are always ready to help with everything. They are very kind and helpful. They always speak with a smiling face. Also, I am so happy that they also offer medspa treatments and i have been getting a few things done and i am so so so happy with the results. I would recommend them for all the services they offer.”

Their positive attitude shows they care and enjoy what they do. Sunrise Labs gets their results back to you in an expedited manner so your doctor can quickly make an assessment and decide what is the best care you may need. This place gets an A+ in my book.”
“Went to get a series of blood tests ordered by my doctor here. Very clean facility and efficient staff. Even though they use vacutainer needles to collect blood instead of butterfly needles, the technician was quite good and did not leave my arm sore. I could quickly go back to work that morning without any discomfort. Pre-registration online helps ensure you do not have to wait long. Be sure to bring your requisition form printed or faxed for convenience, as they will ask for it.”
“Mita and her colleague were top notch. I had an out-of-state of state provider write me a script (without a clearly written name), and they were able to figure out the correct information so I could get my lab work done that day. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their kindness did not go unnoticed. Also, Mita is a phenomenal phlebotomist- minimal pain. These ladies deserve recognition and a raise ! Thanks so much :)”
“Overall I've never had issues with this location. Most times I've gone I'm in and out within 15 minutes. The wait time really depends on the timing. A few times I've gone the wait can be longer if they have a lot of people needing to get blood drawn. The staff I've interacted with were all very nice. I'm glad they had updated to the new suite a few years ago since the waiting room is now a waiting room. If it does get crowded they suggest leaving your phone number on the sign in sheet and they will call when they are ready for you.”
“I've seen some bad reviews so I'll just share my experience.
I hate needles and was anxious about going but when I arrived I didn't wait long and the staff was very helpful. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very kind, I didn't get her name. When I was done I felt very hot and she took care of me, gave me some water and an ice pack and made sure I felt ok before leaving.”

“I was terrified to get my blood work done at my PCP since the nurse practitioner was having trouble finding a vein to draw blood. I opted to walk in at this Northwell lab in Plainview. I am so glad I did.Claudia, I believe is the Physician assistant that works at this location was more than happy to complete my lab requests. She has over 20 years of experience and I didn't even know my blood was drawn. She is a professional. I felt so comfortable. This is this is the kind of assurance and assistance that make us want to keep coming. Thank you Claudia for making the process so smooth. Yes, I trust the Universe that everything will be fine. It all starts with meeting with wonderful people!”

“Schedule appointment online, or walk-in. Kiosk check-in could be frustrating for some people. No human for help. Must have drivers license and insurance card ready to scan. Very quick blood draw as long as you have appointment. Minimal pain.”
“I have a huge phobia of bloodwork. The woman did what I needed her to do for me to relax. My blood was coming out slow so it took a very long time and was poked several times but she kept checking in on me and gave me time to breathe in between pokes. Didn't get frustrated or yell at me once.”

“I just had blood drawn today and have had blood drawn at this location several times.
What happened today needs to be acknowledged.
The earliest appointment I could book online was 10:45am on Wednesday 6/4. Yesterday (Tuesday) I called my doctors office to have them send the script to LabCorp.
I made coffee and before I started drinking it I remembered the blood test so I called LabCorp @7:30am to confirm that they'd received my script. Nadege said that she would check and she returned my call within 5 minutes. She encouraged me to come in early if I was able to do so. I didn't want to wake my girlfriend and with my car in the shop, I walked to LabCorp (~1 mile) and arrived at 7:57.
Nadege told me that I was already checked-in and directed me to room #3. A minute later, Jenny came in to draw my blood. Just as the needle entered my arm my girlfriend called and said that she'd pick me up. Jenny and I chuckled at her timing and how helpful she is and I was home by 8:15.
I wrote this much because Nadege and Jenny deserve to be complimented. Pleasant, efficient, courteous and professional, from my initial call to back home with my blood drawn in only 45 minutes, and my coffee was still warm. It seemed that everything that they did made my experience better.
I have never experienced anything but professionalism and courtesy at this LabCorp but today was special. Thanks Nadege for your suggesting that I come in early, it's made a difference in my day. I'm taking my girlfriend to breakfast because I don't need to continue fasting.

“I’ve used this Quest for years and I’ve always had a good experience. It’s imperative that you make an appointment, which is easy to do through their app. When you arrive you scan the QR code they emailed or texted you and then scan your insurance card and drivers license (front and back). That was new I hadn’t done that previously but it only takes a few minutes. Some phlebotomists are kinder and friendlier than others which is to be expected. Maybe Ive been lucky because I do see a lot of poor reviews but like I said I’ve always had a positive experience and will continue to use their services.”

“The phlebotomist, Briana, was the best phlebotomist that ever drew blood from me. I get bloodwork taken at least once a week at various locations so I know what makes a great phlebotomist. She managed to get me on the first try, which is rare for me and she caused me no pain whatsoever. I hope that I will always get her when I go to the Quest in Seaford.”
